Campbell Chapel AME Church will be the host for the 162nd SC Annual Conference of the AME Church from Wednesday, September 17 to Saturday, September 20, 2025. Along with the business sessions and worship experiences, there is the opportunity for businesses to earn revenue by selling their products or services.
About Vendor Sign Up
The guidelines for Vendors:
- 1. The fee for all vendors is $375 for one table and each additional table will be $350.
- 2. All vendors’ fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- 3. All vendors will be provided with 2 chairs and a 6 ft. table.
- 4. One ID sign for each booth will be provided.

There will be vendors spaces available on a first come, first served basis which will be located in the extended worship space for the Conference, at Fellowship Center of Cornerstone, which is directly across the street to Campbell.
Any additional items not listed shall be provided at the request of the vendor (upon availability) and shall be provided for an additional fee.
The guidelines for Food Truck Vendors:

- 1. The fee for all Food truck vendors is $150 for three days (non-refundable).
- 2. Each food truck can provide lunch and dinner.
- 3. The assigned space will be available for set up and break down from 9:00 am to 7:00pm
